Create different design expressions
When Olle Lundberg designed the luminaire Riff, he wanted to create a flexible and versatile luminaire, which could easily be adapted to different environments.
The common component of Riff is the so-called light engine, made of die cast metal for good thermal management, and with a LED module and LED protector included, reflecting high quality material in meticulate detail. Diffusers are also included for an even spread of light.

One shared core
At the heart of the family is a shared light engine that can be combined with different shades and expressions. By changing the shade, the character of the luminaire can be transformed while retaining the same technical platform. A smart way to create variety within a consistent lighting concept.

Riff is a versatile luminaire family where form and light can be adapted to suit different environments. With its compact design, carefully considered proportions and multiple configurations, it feels equally at home in public spaces and more intimate settings.
A seamless transition
Riff Bowl är formad kring mötet mellan skärm och ljusmotor. Den mjukt rundade skärmen omsluter motorn och skapar en naturlig övergång där de två delarna upplevs som en sammanhängande helhet.
Standard or tailored
Riff is available as standard in three sizes with the light engine finished in black or white. For projects with specific requirements, both the light engine and the shade can be powder-coated in any colour, creating a truly bespoke expression.
Unique expressions
Riff Relay explores the creative freedom embedded within the modular Riff concept. Using a shared light engine as the foundation, architects, designers and artists created luminaires with distinct identities.
